Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Compensation: $15 per hour

Position Summary: As a Laborer, your primary responsibility will be to sort laundry items by size, shape, and color, as well as assist in the offloading of trucks. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet production targets. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, physically fit, and able to work well in a team-oriented setting.
Laborer Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to differentiate colors
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Sort laundry items accurately and efficiently based on size, shape, and color
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production goals
- Offload laundry from trucks and transfer it to the appropriate processing areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling laundry items
- Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors
